Yes! Our Complete Cookie and many of our other snacks are 100% vegan, containing no dairy, eggs, or animal-derived ingredients.

What is the shelf life of your products?

Our cookies and snacks typically have a shelf life of up to 12 months. Each individual package is stamped with a 'Best By' date to ensure maximum freshness.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship directly to customers within the United States and Canada. For other regions, please check our authorized international retail partners.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Are your products nut-free?

While we offer many flavors that do not contain nuts as an ingredient, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes peanuts and tree nuts.
